shipping conditions

1. Processing times
Your orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt. Please note that deviations may occur in the event of a high volume of orders.


2. Shipping method and delivery time
We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard shipping (within Germany and Austria) via Deutsche Post or Austrian Post. Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
  • For international orders within the EU, the delivery time is usually 5-10 working days, depending on the destination country.

The exact delivery time will be shown to you during the ordering process and depends on the shipping method selected and the destination country. Please note that the stated delivery time applies from the shipping date and that delays may occur due to the shipping service provider or customs clearance.


3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the order value, delivery address and shipping method. The exact costs will be shown to you during the ordering process before you complete your order.

  • For deliveries within Germany and Austria we offer free standard delivery for orders over 23 euros. For orders below this amount, additional shipping costs apply.
  • For international deliveries (within the EU), shipping costs are also displayed in the ordering process.

All shipping costs stated include VAT, where applicable.


4. Shipping restrictions
We only deliver to the delivery address you provide. Please note that we are currently unable to offer deliveries to parcel stations or packing stations (e.g. DHL packing stations).

We currently do not offer shipping to countries outside the European Union (EU).


5. Damaged or lost orders
We attach great importance to careful packaging and the safe shipping of your order. If your order arrives damaged or lost, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will investigate the incident together with the shipping service provider and offer you a satisfactory solution.

Please keep all original packaging and receipts so that we can process your complaint quickly. In the event of loss or damage during transport, we are liable in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.


7. Return shipping
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within the statutory period of 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your wish to return the goods within the 14-day period (e.g. by email or via our contact form).

Procedure:

  1. Declare revocation: Send us a notification of your revocation by email to rehoma.info@gmail.com or use our contact form on the website.
  2. Return of goods: After you have notified us, you can return the goods to us. The return shipment will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty or were delivered incorrectly.
  3. Packaging: Please pack the items securely and, if possible, in the original packaging to avoid transport damage.

Return shipping costs:
You are generally responsible for the return shipping costs unless the delivered goods are damaged or faulty. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund:
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the payment method you chose.

Exclusions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, personalized or sealed products which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return after delivery if the seal has been removed after delivery.
